My experience has been good thus far. The process is quite overwhelming at first, especially the initial cost for... painting and repairs. It would have been very helpful to understand up front, how and when those repair costs would be funded. It's worked out so far, with a tenant being selected very quickly and a lease contract signed within a couple of days. I'm sure that I'll become more comfortable with the process as time goes by.read more

Working with Asset Hero Property Management has been great! It is clear to see this Property Management group pride... themselves in taking care of their tenants and property owners. Their method of communication through their online maintenance program facilitates quick and accurate information to ensure all parties (tenants, owners, vendors, and the management company themselves) are fully aware of what is going on.
