My experience has been good thus far. The process is quite overwhelming at first, especially the initial cost for... painting and repairs. It would have been very helpful to understand up front, how and when those repair costs would be funded. It's worked out so far, with a tenant being selected very quickly and a lease contract signed within a couple of days. I'm sure that I'll become more comfortable with the process as time goes by.read more

When my husband and I were moving to Bryan from Florida, we began working with Sarah. We gave her our list of criteria... for an apartment and she went to work finding places that fit. By the time we made the road trip with all our stuff she had it narrowed down to a few places and had tons of notes on places that due to our budget, strict time constraint, dogs, etc. wouldn't--you could tell she had done A LOT of research. We met with her for the time in person to tour a place--first impression is she is SO friendly, like able and genuinely nice.
