My experience has been good thus far. The process is quite overwhelming at first, especially the initial cost for... painting and repairs. It would have been very helpful to understand up front, how and when those repair costs would be funded. It's worked out so far, with a tenant being selected very quickly and a lease contract signed within a couple of days. I'm sure that I'll become more comfortable with the process as time goes by.read more

When my husband and I were moving to Bryan from Florida, we began working with Sarah. We gave her our list of criteria... for an apartment and she went to work finding places that fit. By the time we made the road trip with all our stuff she had it narrowed down to a few places and had tons of notes on places that due to our budget, strict time constraint, dogs, etc. wouldn't--you could tell she had done A LOT of research. We met with her for the time in person to tour a place--first impression is she is SO friendly, like able and genuinely nice. We ended up moving into that first place, it had everything we were looking for and was within our budget--all her research and hard work saved us the time, hassle, and stress of moving to a new place. I HIGHLY recommend her and will absolutely be working with her again anytime we move!read more

Working with Asset Hero Property Management has been great! It is clear to see this Property Management group pride... themselves in taking care of their tenants and property owners. We provide maintenance to their properties when called upon to do so and the communication we receive from them throughout each individual project/process is top notch. Their method of communication through their online maintenance program facilitates quick and accurate information to ensure all parties (tenants, owners, vendors, and the management company themselves) are fully aware of what is going on. All that being said, the folks in the office are what really make it happen. Jen, one of the maintenance managers, is absolutely fantastic! We have taken several work orders to service their properties and she obviously understands the delicate balance of taking care of tenants and property owners in a timely fashion. She is an asset to Asset Hero for sure!
