In addition to the color, wide-angle photos for all of our listings, we also shoot a quality video of the home to show off its unique features and give the viewer a better feel for the layout of the home that you just can’t get from photos. Professional intro and outro clips are added to the video and uploaded to our YouTube account to attract more attention to your home. Using video allows us to reach more potential tenants so you have a bigger pool of quality renters interested in renting your property.

My experience has been good thus far. The process is quite overwhelming at first, especially the initial cost for... painting and repairs. It would have been very helpful to understand up front, how and when those repair costs would be funded. It's worked out so far, with a tenant being selected very quickly and a lease contract signed within a couple of days. I'm sure that I'll become more comfortable with the process as time goes by.read more

Working with Asset Hero Property Management has been great! It is clear to see this Property Management group pride... themselves in taking care of their tenants and property owners. We provide maintenance to their properties when called upon to do so and the communication we receive from them throughout each individual project/process is top notch.
