My experience has been good thus far. The process is quite overwhelming at first, especially the initial cost for... painting and repairs. It would have been very helpful to understand up front, how and when those repair costs would be funded. It's worked out so far, with a tenant being selected very quickly and a lease contract signed within a couple of days. I'm sure that I'll become more comfortable with the process as time goes by.read more

When my husband and I were moving to Bryan from Florida, we began working with Sarah. We gave her our list of criteria... for an apartment and she went to work finding places that fit. We provide maintenance to their properties when called upon to do so and the communication we receive from them throughout each individual project/process is top notch. Their method of communication through their online maintenance program facilitates quick and accurate information to ensure all parties (tenants, owners, vendors, and the management company themselves) are fully aware of what is going on. All that being said, the folks in the office are what really make it happen. Jen, one of the maintenance managers, is absolutely fantastic!
